Delete your One Sky account

You can delete your One Sky account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You don't need to sign in to this website to do it.

Option 1: In the One Sky app

1. Open the One Sky app and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Enter the 6-digit code we email you to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: By email

If you can't use the app, email us from the address you use for One Sky and ask us to delete your account. We'll reply to confirm it's you, then delete your account within one month.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in
• Your profile: name, email address, profile photo, and your age group, gender and area if you added them
• Your activity history, saved routes, streaks, points and notifications
• Your referral code

What we keep

• The real-world impact you helped fund, such as trees planted and plastic removed. It stays in One Sky's totals but is no longer linked to you.
• Financial records we must keep by law, such as referral payments. These are kept in a form that no longer identifies you, and only for as long as the law requires.

Good to know

• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Boost subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or, on iPhone, in your Apple ID settings.
• If you joined a brand's mailing list through View to Clean, we ask that brand to delete your details too.
• Referral earnings under £50 are turned into real environmental impact. With £50 or more, you can withdraw it first or choose to turn it into impact.
